Using Blinqr

Blinqr lets you create digital business cards and exchange them. It is made and run by SA-DevStudios. You need to be at least 13 to use it.

You’re responsible for what you put on your cards, including photos, and for having the right to share the contacts you sync. When you share a card, you let us pass it to the people you share it with.

Your account

You can use Blinqr without an account. If you create one, keep access to its email address: it’s how you sign in.

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by emailing hello@goblinqr.com.

Plans

Free holds one card. Premium, for one person, holds up to 5 cards, removes ads and unlocks every theme. Current prices are on goblinqr.com/pricing.

Premium is a subscription bought through Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play, and Google Play’s refund rules apply.

An access code gives a plan until its end date. It can’t be exchanged for money.

Team plans

A Team plan is billed per active person, from 3 people. Your company’s admins control the cards they create and the contacts collected on them.

Trials last 14 days. You can change seats or cancel from the console at any time.

Fair use

No spam, impersonation or harassment, including on Nearby, and no collecting other people’s data in bulk. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and tell you why.

Ours and yours

The app, its design and the Blinqr name belong to SA-DevStudios. Your cards and contacts stay yours.

The service

We work to keep Blinqr running and your data safe, but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost business.

We may update these terms. For important changes we’ll tell you in the app, and using Blinqr afterwards means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by French law, and disputes go to the French courts. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
